Regional Sales Manager — Multiple U.S. Regions
Hightrac is expanding nationally and is seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers with heavy equipment and industrial sales backgrounds. This is a remote, territory-driven role focused on business development, relationship management, and regional growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years heavy equipment or industrial sales experience
- Proven territory ownership and revenue growth
- Strong communication and CRM skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
Auction Coordinator
The Auction Coordinator supports auction operations including consignment intake, catalog preparation, documentation, and buyer/seller communication to ensure smooth auction execution.
Requirements:
- Auction or heavy equipment industry experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
General Principal Broker
Hightrac is seeking a General Principal Broker to oversee brokerage compliance, licensing, and brokered transactions nationwide, supporting auction and equipment sales operations.
Requirements:
- Active Principal Broker license (multi-state preferred or obtainable)
- 5–7+ years brokerage leadership experience
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment transactions
- Compliance- and process-oriented leadership style
